Most ZBooks in stock are equipped with azerty/Belgium keyboards (HP Code #UUG) and on a limited selection with Swiss/German qwertz (HP Code #UUZ) and qwerty/int’l (HP Code #ABH).

We can also deliver other layouts with a delay of 3 weeks depending on configuration. Please contact us via welcome@zstore.be  for a customized quote with your preferred keyboard and confirmation of the delivery date.

We deliver free of charge to Belgium and Luxembourg with our partners Bpost & FedEx.

For example, delivery of an HP ZBook to the listed countries will cost €55.00 excluding VAT.
Delivery time for stock models in stock is 24H00 to 48H00.
Delivery time for tailor-made configurations is around 3 Weeks.

It should be noted that ZBooks equipped with GPUs from RTX A4500 upwards are still ordered as tailor-made configurations, with delivery times of around 3 weeks.

You will receive a VAT invoice by e-mail after delivery of your computer. The serial number will be mentioned for warranty and follow-up purposes.

We apply intra-community VAT if your number is compatible with cross-border transactions. You can check this on the following European Union website: Vies on-the-Web - European Commission (europa.eu)

Our e-commerce is powered by leading secure payment gateways Shopify ShopPay, Mollie and Viva Wallet, which handle transactions to Bancontact, Payconiq, credit card companies and banking institutions such as KBC and Belfius.

B2B Customers, Public or State Institutions, Universities, have the possibility of ordering and paying by invoice. The prerequisite is an existing business relationship or successful completion of an internal approval process for verification purposes. Standard HP Z Workstation / ZBook’s warranty is 1-year or 3-year carry-in, depending on model. In case of technical issues during the warranty period, HP Support will arrange pick-up by UPS at your office, repair at HP Labs, return - duration +-10 days.

With optional HP Carepack on-site Next Business Day, an HP technician will come to repair your equipment the day after the call for 3, 4 or 5-Year, to be defined at time of purchase.

Even though the Z Workstation/ZBook’s are very reliable, we recommend HP Carepack service for professional use. We'll take care of registering your Carepack.
